Block 2, Ottawa. A Place for People

SenezCo is dedicated to safeguarding this transformative endeavor, where reclaimed copper, locally sourced wood, and on-site renewable energy converge to shape a sustainable future. Our team is assisting in the preservation of the historical buildings and the integration of new sustainable buildings, while focusing on building code compliance and fire life safety.

LCBO Block 4

A high-rise residential and multi-use development with different codes and standards requirements. This development will consist of three towers all over 79 stories high, situated over a 5-storey podium. SenezCo is focusing on building code and accessibility consulting, architectural design review, and building code reports.

Thunder Bay Correctional Centre

Correctional facilities come with a unique set of challenges. SenezCo is reviewing the mezzanines within housing units, egress strategy, protection of exits, means of egress from enclosed courtyards, discharge of exit stairs and privacy.

LTDLC Renovation Project

The LTDLC complex was built in the heart of Gatineau between 1976 and 1978, composed of four office towers of varied heights (7, 9, 19 and 28 storeys) linked by a retail concourse. SenezCo is providing consulting relative to code compliance.

Loyalist Pacman

An industrial mega development which will manufacture cathode active materials and precursor cathode active materials, components essential to produce electric vehicle batteries. This type of manufacturing comes with distinctive challenges. SenezCo is responsible for the analysis of major life safety and fire protection aspects of Part 3, Division B of the 2012 Ontario Building Code (OBC).

Finch West LRT

Finch West LRT is an 11 km surface light rail servicing the York and Peel Regions of Toronto. SenezCo is addressing design and construction issues that require substantial experience with fire ventilation and NFPA 130 compliance issues.
