Amir holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from PWUT and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Lakehead University, Canada. With 11 years of experience in fire engineering, code consulting and civil engineering fields, he has developed expertise across multiple vertical markets and large-scale multidisciplinary projects, including the delivery of prescriptive and performance-based code consulting services for rail and transit, residential, recreation, commercial, industrial, and healthcare sectors.
Amir specializes in performance-based design and building code compliance, integrating his expertise in pedestrian modeling as one of several key proficiencies. His solid experience in large-scale projects has refined his ability to select the most appropriate strategies and solutions based on the project delivery model, and adapt his approach based on the specific phase or demands of each project. Through thoughtful and innovative engineering solutions, Amir consistently delivers efficient outcomes that meet the unique challenges of every project sector.

Joey has a Bachelor of Science in Fire Protection Engineering and a Master of Science in Risk Management and Safety Engineering from Lund University, Sweden. He is well versed in developing alternative solutions for performance-based designs for a range of buildings, including residential, mixed-use and places of public assembly.

Adebola graduated last year from Waterloo University with a degree in Architectural Engineering, including a course in Fire Safety Engineering. She is familiar with the NBC/NFC and OBC/OFC and a great addition to the SenezCo team.

Tony is an Engineer in Training (EIT) in the Delta office of Senez Consulting Ltd. He graduated with a B.A.Sc., in Mechanical Engineering – Thermofluids. Outside of the fire protection industry, Tony has experience in the manufacturing industry as well as experience with product design, data analytics, and project management.

With over a decade working with building/fire codes and regulations, Tim brings his extensive knowledge to our team. Tim’s understanding of local construction methods and materials, particularly in fire and life safety, plays a key role in his projects achieving code compliance. Tim is able to adeptly integrate technology such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit Architecture, Pathfinder, and Pyrosim into his workflow. His standout skills in project management, client relations, and meticulous attention to code compliance, including conducting field reviews, delivering occupancy demonstrations, and preparing comprehensive reports, define his contributions. Tim’s level of experience and technical finesse make him an invaluable asset to the SenezCo Team.

Senior Engineer
Savka Stojanoska is a professional engineer with more than 30 years in the construction and renovation industry as a building code consultant, as well as a teacher in public education. She has extensive experience in application of fire engineering principles and interpretation of building code requirements in airport terminals, assembly buildings, courthouses, hospitals and renovation projects. Savka is knowledgeable in the application of barrier-free requirements applicable to buildings.

Sam is a Fire Protection engineer with over seven years of experience in the fire protection industry ranging from firefighting, code consulting, fire investigations, emergency management, and pre-response planning. Sam has provided fire and building code analysis domestically and internationally on several large scale projects for residential, mixed use, high-rise, industrial, healthcare, and special occupancies.

Saeid holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and a master’s degree in aerospace engineering. He has a career that spans 18 years in mechanical engineering and fire life safety system design in the Middle East. With a distinguished 12-year career in the transit sector, his proficiency encompasses diverse mechanical design focused on tunnel ventilation systems, fire life safety systems, SES and CFD simulations, and egress modeling.
